The Glenn Christian Church Ox Roast & Car Show is not a fund raiser for this church or any charity. We have one purpose and one purpose only, to provide a day of fellowship and fun for our community. Everyone is welcome to spend the day with us free of charge. The church membership and many generous local businesses make this great day possible. I started this event in 1996. Since that date, we have grown from 17 cars and 100 people to over 2,000 cars and over 30,000 spectators in recent years. Previously, our event had been held on the churches nine acres with the support of our neighbors and their adjoining properties on State Route 422 in Warren, Ohio. Due to the continuing size and growth of our event we now hold the event and the Trumbull County Fairgrounds. The Glenn Christian Church holds Sunday Worship services weekly at 10:30 AM. Of course, we hold our regularly scheduled service at the Fairgrounds Grand Stands on Sunday morning of the car show and many on the grounds attend this plain clothes service. I welcome visitors to worship with us at any of our services.
